Goings, Nanette: - Nanette Goings is the director of Christian education at Faith Community Lutheran Church in Longmont, Colorado, where she has served for 10 years. She fills her free time writing Christian education curriculum for children--and with her love of cooking! She enjoys creating activities for both home and classroom settings. She is author of Incredible Edible Bible Fun: Making God's Word Memorable with Easy Recipes Children Can Do and Fun Family Festivals. She is also a contributor to numerous children's ministry resources such as Children's Ministry magazine, Group Ministry magazine, Junior High Ministry magazine, and Hands-On Bible Curriculum. Nanette has been married to Bob for more than 22 years; she is a mother to two almost grown teenagers, Mollie, 19, and Seth, 17; and friend to a basset hound named Zoe. She has a degree in speech pathology and audiology from the University of Colorado in Boulder, Colorado.
