An Insomniac's Guide to the Small Hours by Ysenda Maxtone-Graham

If you have ever spent a night tossing and turning, worrying about life's worst scenarios, this is the book for you. The Insomniac's Guide takes you on a journey through the middle of the night that you will never forget; it's perceptive, revelatory and wise, and it will have you laughing in your sleep.
Very funny, very poignant - It appears to start out with a miniaturist's brush but in fact turns out, like great art, to be about everythingWell, not LIKE great art, it is great art.
