Intercultural Business Communication by Lillian H Chaney
A core text for courses in International/Intercultural Business Communication, or a supplement for business communication, organizational behavior, or international business courses. This text prepares today's students to compete, and to manage domestic and international diversity in an increasingly multinational business arena. It is the only text of its kind to base content selection on the input of three Delphi panels of experts. Written by extensively traveled authors with firsthand working knowledge of many of the topics covered, it provides examples of concepts in practice from representative cultures around the world.
