-- Professor David G. Collings
Having taught international human resource management for many years, I have always struggled to find an appropriate text that is grounded in research and that is comprehensive in covering the complexities of managing people across borders. With this collection of chapters, each of which is written by experts in their respective fields, my quest is over! I especially like the emphasis given to the greater cultural, institutional, and organizational contexts in which MNCs operate as well as the challenges of managing expatriates and host country employees around the world.
-- Dr Margaret A. Shaffer
