Jonny Double by Brian Azzarello

Jonny Double by Brian Azzarello

From the award-winning team of Brian Azzarello (Hellblazer, 100 Bullets) and Eduardo Risso, comes another hard-hitting slice of classic American crime fiction...Jonny Double is a down-at-heel private eye, and down on his luck - until he gets a job looking for the daughter of a rich local. Finding her, and the gang she's hanging around with, is no problem, and the case is solved. But they have a proposition for Jonny which involves another case. A case containing several million dollars, in fact - a walk in, walk out, no problems kind of job. The kind of job that could set him up for life - on the other hand, it could just set him up...

Brian Azzarello is a relative newcomer to the comics scene, but his work on 100 Bullets and Jonny Double has catapulted him to the forefront of the ranks of contemporary comics writers. He is also the current writer of Hellblazer. Eduardo Risso is also a newcomer to comics, and, like Azzarello, is now leading the field in terms of both critical and fan acclaim.
