Baron Baptiste is the son of two yoga pioneers from the United States. Before founding Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga in the mid-nineties, he began seriously studying yoga at the age of twelve and trained extensively in all of the major lineages. Baptiste has worked with a wide range of celebrities and athletes, including Helen Hunt, Randall Cunningham, Raquel Welch, and Elisabeth Shue, and served as the Philadelphia Eagles' Peak Performance Consultant for four years. He splits his time between his Cambridge, Massachusetts, yoga studio and Sundance, Utah.
