"My overall assessment of this project is one of success! The text is well-presented and done so with clarity and a style that makes for easy reading and limited confusionIt takes the reader from a non-system to considerations for a future in juvenile justice. The strengths of this work are founded on clear, understandable language and a viewpoint of unbiased desire to present the most current and relevant information possible. As for weaknesses, generally speaking, I could find none." -- Earl Ballou Jr.
