Glen Stohr, JD, has more than 15 years' experience in test prep and pre-law education. He has taught more than 3,000 students. His students have achieved 99th percentile LSAT scores and gained admissions to Yale, Georgetown, University of California, Berkeley, and other leading law schools. He created Kaplan's LSAT Advanced Course and headed academic and curriculum development for Kaplan's Summer Intensive Program, including teacher selection and training, student materials and communications, and on-site instruction. He has developed curriculum for print materials, live instructions, and for multi-media platforms.

Scott Emerson began his work with Kaplan in 2004 after achieving a 99th percentile LSAT score. He is a veteran classroom instructor, an experienced and highly demanded private tutor, and a trainer of excellent Kaplan instructors. In his seven years with Kaplan he has helped over 2000 students achieve LSAT success, with nearly 200 of those students reporting scores above the 90th percentile. He has been actively involved in the evolution of Kaplan's proven approach to the LSAT, bringing his expertise to the research and development of a cutting-edge curriculum that has made Reading Comprehension approachable to students around the world. He currently teaches and resides in the Los Angeles area.

Deborah Katz, JD, PhD, is a head LSAT instructor and teacher trainer, honored in 2007 as the Columbus Teacher of the Year. Deborah has taught with Kaplan since 2002; in 2007, she was selected to participate in the inaugural Kaplan LSAT Summer Intensive Program.

Deborah holds both a J.D. and a Ph.D. from Ohio State University. She is a consultant for the American NewMedia Educational Foundation, where she consults with the education and athletic communities to evaluate NCAA compliance and develop rules, education, programs, and materials. She also serves as an adjunct professor for the Law of Amateur Sports at Capital University Law School.
