Lego by Sara Green

The name LEGO comes from the Danish phrase for play well. The company's popular toys have helped children to do just that. This title for inventive readers explores how a Danish family built up their small business brick by brick to create the world's third-largest toy company.
Sara Green holds a PhD degree in Science Studies from Aarhus University on the topic: Systems Biology and the Quest for General Principles. Her research focuses on the philosophical implications of new strategies in the life sciences with special focus on systems biology and systems medicine. Sara was a postdoctoral fellow at the Center for Philosophy of Science, University of Pittsburgh, in 2014/2015, and is now post.doc. at the Department of Science Education, University of Copenhagen.
