"Life Coach in a Box" is a spiritual and motivational tool for people wanting to achieve goals in and improve a variety of life areas. The box contains a 48-card activity deck, broken into "life area" theme sets - spirituality, work, relationships, finances, recreation, and health. Within each theme set are eight cards that guide users through life coaching steps for that particular life area: reflection, exploration, vision, intention, challenges, allies, creativity, and celebration. The interactive cards offer questions and ideas and instruct the user to answer and explore these in the accompanying "Life Coach" journal, a lined journal filled with inspirational quotes.
