Little Book of Big Ideas by Fred Ciporen

The Little Book of Big Ideas: Politics covers the 50 most influential people in the history of world politics, and focuses on 10 ideas or political movements that have fundamentally affected the way we live. From Plato to Mao Tse Tung, and from Cicero to Nelson Mandela, this little book provides concise overviews of complex issues and the great personalities that have shaped the path of history. Part handbook, part mini-encyclopaedia, this is a fascinating insight into the ideas of the men and women who have shaped our world.
