Yun, J. Winny: - J. Winny Yun is a PhD candidate in the Department of Molecular and Cellular Physiology at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center-Shreveport. She received her BS from Johns Hopkins University in 2012. Her current research project focuses on understanding the roles of lymphatic proteins in brain endothelial cells and their microparticles in health and disease. She has been funded through the Annette Funicello Research Fund for Neurological Research and is a recipient of a fellowship from the Center for Cardiovascular Diseases and Sciences at LSUHSC-S.
