He is an affiliate professor at the University of Washington, Seattle. Howard Frumkin, M.D., Dr.P.H., is Dean of the School of Public Health at the University of Washington. Richard J. Jackson, M.D., M.P.H., is Professor and Chair of the Department of Environmental Health Sciences at UCLA. Frumkin and Jackson are coauthors of Urban Sprawl and Public Health.
