Manuel Jabois nació en Sanxenxo (Pontevedra) en 1978 y empezó su carrera como periodista en Diario de Pontevedra. Tras pasar por El Mundo, desde 2015 escribe reportajes, crónicas y columnas en el diario El País; también tiene un espacio diario en el programa Hoy por hoy de la Cadena SER. Como escritor, ha publicado la recopilación de artículos Irse a Madrid (2011), las breves memorias Grupo Salvaje (2012) y Manu (2013) y un largo trabajo sobre el 11-M titulado Nos vemos en esta vida o en la otra (2016).
