Kjartan Poskitt was born in York and is an author and TV presenter. His best-known books are the Murderous Maths non-fiction series and the novels about Urgum the Axeman and Agatha Parrot. He has also written songs and plays, annuals, quiz books and scripts for television.After completing a professional degree in computer applications, Sachin, a resident of New Delhi, India, used his knowledge of technology to strengthen his artistic skills by also doing a diploma in animation. Citing the great artist Michelangelo as his influence, Sachin is a highly driven artist on a quest to excel.Amit Tayal was born and raised in Delhi, and grew up reading comic books. He went on to become an animator before turning to full-time illustration, specialising in games and books for children.
