Drexel University's Adam Benforado is an associate professor of law. He was a federal appellate law clerk and an attorney at Jenner & Block after graduating from Yale College and Harvard Law School. His research works have appeared in a range of journals, including the Washington Post, Philadelphia Inquirer, and Legal Times, and his op-eds and essays have appeared in a variety of publications, including the Washington Post, Philadelphia Inquirer, and Legal Times. He and his wife and daughter live in Philadelphia.
