John Ritschel started martial arts at the age of 12, and has studied Karate, Taekwondo, HapKiDo, Western Boxing, Kung Fu, Kickboxing and Wrestling. He holds various black belts and is a senior instructor and 2nd Dan in the All Range Combat Systems, a Mixed Martial Arts style. He recently won a silver medal in the Open World Championship and has been awarded 'Fighter of the Year' from the International Martial Arts Hall of Fame.
