Monster Riddles by Louis Phillips

Poet, playwright, and short story writer Louis Phillips He is the author of almost fifty books for both children and adults. The Time, The Hour, the Solitariness of the Place, a collection of his poetry, was a co-winner in the Swallow's Tale Publishing competition in 1984. The Krazy Kat Rag and Bulkington are two of his published poetry collections. A Dream of Places Where No Fear Lives (SMU Press, 1993), The Bus to the Moon (Fort Schuyler Press, 2002), and THE LADY WHO WROTE KING LEAR (2008) and SHALL I WEEP FOR THE DANCING BEAR (2012), both published by Pleasure Boat Studio, are among his short story collections. He is a professor at the School of Visual Arts in New York City.
