Monterey Jazz Festival by William Minor

The essential history of jazz emerges along with the history of Monterey Jazz -- the oldest ongoing jazz festival in the world. Legends were made in Monterey. From Armstrong to Vaughan, Gillespie, Miles, Monk, McFerrin -- more than 165 rare photos, this authorized history features work collected from jazz photographers all over the world and from the Festival's treasured archives. Special four-color gatefold features selected Monterey Jazz posters. A beautiful coffee-table book.
