Once again Maria must hold everything together, and she turns to what she knows best: dressmaking. It's the best decision she could have made -- for it draws someone very special back into her life! Anne Bennett was born into a large Irish family based in Birmingham, where she grew up, raised her own family and taught for many years. Poor health forced her to give up her career, but she refused to give in to illness. Moving to Wales, she fulfilled her long-held ambition to write, and has established herself as a successful writer of sagas.
