
My Great Alaska Adventure by Donald Lagerlef
Don Lagerlef was born in Moline, Illinois, graduated from Moline High School and received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at the University of Denver. He served 2 years in the Army Corps of Engineers as an instructor in Topographic Computing. After Army service, he spent 33 years in the field of civil engineering in the design of ship docks, buildings, pipelines, and refineries. Seven years were spent in Alaska working on the construction of the Trans Alaska Pipeline and saw it built from start to finish. During this time he and his wife Annie raised four children. After leaving Alaska, Don retired to a ranch in Oklahoma where he and his family designed and built a ranch home. Over the years Don has traveled in all parts of the USA, in Europe, Canada and Hawaii. He flies an airplane, skiis in Colorado, and sails in Oklahoma on the Lake of the Cherokees and in the Virgin Islands. He entertains with his accordian.| SKU | Unavailable |
