James Steen is a journalist, cuisine writer, author, and ghostwriter who has won numerous awards. He is enamored with both the cook and the art of cooking, and he works with some of the best chefs in the world. Marco Pierre White's (The Devil in the Kitchen), Raymond Blanc's (A Taste of My Life), and Keith Floyd's (Stirred But Not Shaken) autobiographies were all ghostwritten by him. Marco Made Simple and Kitchen Secrets are two of his other works. He works as a consultant for small yet innovative food businesses and writes to a number of publications. James, his wife Louise, and their three children, Charlie, Billy, and Daisy, live in London.
