Nina Parker is founder of NINA Ice Cream and Cake, a catering company for London and beyond.
She has worked with top chefs and restaurants: Alain Ducasse, Tom Aikens, The Ledbury and The Senequier Bakery, ST. Tropez. Nina was chef at Bocca di Lupo's Gelupo in Soho when they won Time Out's "best gelateria".
