Odd Opposites by Ripley
From happy and sad to good and bad, this vibrant board book teaches kids their opposites using easy-to-understand, real-life examples. In Odd Opposites, the team behind Ripley’s Believe It Or Not! offer a quirkily illustrated guide to opposites that will delight children aged three and up. Kids will enjoy seeing fun animal characters illustrating everyday opposites like day and night, as well as some sillier ones, like clean and dirty. Drawn by our own Ripley cartoonist, understanding opposites has never been more fun!
Robert Leroy Ripley was an American cartoonist who created and developed the world-famous Ripley’s Believe It or Not! cartoon strip in the years after the First World War. He travelled the globe in search of unusual objects and stories, and built up an extraordinary collection of everything from shrunken heads to dinosaur eggs and iron maidens. These are now exhibited in Ripley museums around the world. The Ripley’s Believe It or Not! is an annual international top-ten bestseller.
