One Card a Day Tarot Journal by Melanie Baker

One of the best - and most common - ways to engage with tarot is to pull one card each morning and let its meaning set your intentions for the day. This practice is used by beginners and experts alike to incorporate tarot into their daily lives, without a major time investment. This journal acts as your daily companion - it offers space to jot down which card you pulled, what it represents, and how it might relate to your day, along a space at the bottom for an optional evening reflection. As the days pass, you can look back to determine patterns and improve your card interpretation skills.
Baker, Melanie: - Melanie Baker was born and raised in Darfield a small village in south Yorkshire England. Melanie is married and has a son who followed her into a nursing career and now specialises in aesthetics. Her first book Discovering my empathetic heart is based on her memoirs of life experiences from childhood to adulthood, guiding her to her career in psychiatric nursing. Her book is filled with love, laughter and heartbreak. After twenty years of nursing experiences, and achieving additional skills as a degree student mentor, counsellor and CBT therapist. She recognised as a ward sister a major problem in psychiatric care in the community. Melanie left the NHS and started her own company specialising in care for clients with mental health issues. The company Empathy Private Home Care developed into an award-winning organisation serving clients across Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Though her first book is about her early nursing career, her second book will cover care in the community, sharing stories of carers going beyond the call of duty, the challenges of social services and the NHS, and many heart-warming characters.
