Sweeney is a Canadian comic artist and illustrator based in Montreal. She grew up in the southwest of France, studying graphic design and listening to extremely loud rock music. After graduating, she began working as a comic letterer and colorist for French publishers while following her dream of becoming a comic artist. She decided to relocate to Montreal, Canada, in 2015. She started working as a 2D Artist for a mobile gaming firm just a year after making the huge move across the ocean.

She never forgot about her genuine dream, therefore she continued to draw comics at night and on weekends. During the summer of 2016, she made her comic debut with a cover and a short tale for Image Comics' Rat Queens. Subsequently, in December 2016, she started a Kickstarter campaign for her first graphic novel, Eat, and Love Yourself, a 150-page novella about eating disorders, depression, body dysmorphia, and, eventually, self-love, a topic that she finds extremely essential. Boom! was able to fund and publish the book.

She had the opportunity to work on the costume designs for America Chavez, Inferno, and Patriot for Marvel Rising in 2017, merging two of her passions: fashion and superheroes. Sweeney now works as a full-time freelance artist, sketching all day, binge-watching Game of Thrones, and eating a lot of good cheese. All the while, she's accompanied by Loki, her kitty helper who does nothing but sit around and be a fluff. Sweeney like painting edgy fashion ladies, particularly witches.

She now works for a variety of publications, including Boom!
