Pandamonium by Dan Crisp

'As the zoo keeper snored, the great lion roared, and the octopus borrowed the keys. With tentacles nimble, he found it quite simple, to open the lock with some ease!' Children will delight in watching the zoo keeper sleep as the animals around him cause pandamonium in this humorous picture storybook! Fantastic illustrations by award-winning artist, Mark Chambers bring each of the animal's characteristics to life and humorous text by Dan Crisp ensure that each spread is bursting with mischievous fun!
Dan Crisp lives in West Yorkshire, UK, with his wife Isabel and their children, Tom, Matilda and Caleb. As well as enjoying writing Dan is a professional illustrator and studied illustration in Sheffield and at The North East Wales Institute. He loves illustrating and enjoys karate, the outdoors, cycling and hiking. Mark was born in 1980 on a sunny day in Aberdeen and shortly afterwards moved to rural Lincolnshire, where Ihe grew up. When Mark was younger he loved scribbling and doodling on bits of scrap paper. Although Mark wanted to be a golfer, chef and fighter pilot he found that his skills were much more suited to becoming an artist. Mark is an award-winning illustrator and has won the Nasen Children's Picture Book Award and the Sheffield Children's Book Prize. His clients include Random House, Simon and Schuster, Templar and Imagine That, to name just a few.
