Macarena San Martn attended the Catholic University of Chile, where she was born, to study design. She participated in a student exchange in Italy before finishing her studies, and her experience and introduction to the world of design inspired her to return to Europe and continue her studies. This time, she traveled to Barcelona, where she attended BAU for a post-graduate programme in Fashion Styling. She quickly got involved in the field of publishing, which allowed her to combine all of her passions: design, fashion, and the written word.
