The Kohut family, Willy, Sophie and 3 year-old Pavel, join Willy's grandparents in London at the start of the city's darkest hour--the Blitz. Curtis, Peter: - Peter Curtis is a retired physician and author. He was a refugee in WWll and grew up in Britain. In 1976, he moved with his family to the United States and worked at the University of North Carolina. He retired in 2000.
