Award-winning artist Clare Beaton has again created an exquisite, hand-sewn anthology from her treasure trove of fabrics and bric-a-brac. This collection of forty popular action rhymes includes firm favourites such as 'Tinker, Tailor' and 'The Wheels On The Bus', as well as less familiar ditties such as 'Fishes Swim in Water Clear' and 'My Ship Sailed From China'.
Clare Beaton graduated from Hornsey College of Art with first class honours and then spent eight years working at the BBC Television Centre, illustrating for various children's programmes including Playschool, Jackanory and Playdays. She now works as a freelance illustrator and writer, and has had nearly fifty books published, including the following with Barefoot Books:
