Gillian Assor is a highly experienced childcare professional who has worked in many different childcare establishments in England and abroad.After establishing "Nanny to the Rescue" -an ad hoc, emergency nanny service she found that many families were experiencing huge challenges with their children behaviour as well as other other child related issues. These included toilet training i bed and bath time battles as well as mealtime and food related problems .Gillian or Gilly as she is known to her families has now been working as a trouble shooter offering home consultations as well as Skype and telephone sessions these families. This book was born out of one of those sessions when Gilly was trying to find a solution to a childs toilet troubles and especially few rof No 2's.
