Han Han was born in the Chinese city of Shanghai. He is a race car driver as well as a bestselling novelist, magazine editor, and blogger. He has won a number of competitions in recent years, including the China Rally Championship and the China Touring Car Championship. He was named GQ Person of the Year in 2010 and named to Time magazine's list of the World's Most Important People. Han's novel Triple Gate was published in 2000 and has sold over two million copies in China.
