Erin Alderson is the creator of the Whole Foods, Vegetarian blog Naturally Ella, as well as the photographer and voice behind it. She grew up in a regular middle-class home where fast food was the mainstay of the diet. Erin's father died of a major heart attack five years ago, prompting Erin to reassess her own health and dietary habits. She has avoided processed foods in favor of whole foods since then.

Erin is a big supporter of local agriculture and eating seasonally, which has become a big element of the Naturally Ella philosophy.
