Little Firework is struggling to be heard above his noisy friends. Unlike them, he can’t BOOM or BANG, whoosh, sizzle or pop! In fact, he can’t make any loud noise at all! Little Firework worries he won’t ever be good enough. Luckily, a friendly moth is there to teach him that being quiet can be fun too.

With beautiful illustrations and loveable characters, this gentle story shares an important message: You don’t have to be loud to be the star of the show.

Nicola Coppack lives and works in London as an Art Director and Visual Development Artist. She loves being creative and exploring ideas through drawing, painting, and writing. Drawn to visual storytelling she quickly moved into background painting, colour scripting and went on to art direct numerous projects including Emmy award-winning, The Snowy Day with Karrot Animation in 2015. Passionate about nurturing creativity and personal voices. She values self-expression, connecting with others and bouncing ideas about with fellow creatives.
