Ready for CAE Student's Book -key 2008 by Roy Norris
Ready for CAE is a comprehensive course which develops all four skills with review sections at the end of each unit, an extensive `Reading for Writing' section with model answers and an analysis of main language areas at an advanced level. This structured approach will fully prepare students for the CAE exam.
Roy Norris began teaching in 1984 in Selby, North Yorkshire, where he taught French and German in a comprehensive school for five years. At the end of the eighties he moved to Madrid and started a career in ELT. Most of his time there has been spent working with International House, as teacher, teacher-trainer and at one point Cambridge Examinations Co-ordinator. In the mid-1990s he spent 18 months in Vilnius, Lithuania, where he held the post of Director of Studies at Soros International House. Amanda French began her career in ELT. She started off as the dictation teacher for a class of eight-year-olds and left three years later – with the Diploma in Teaching English as a Foreign Language to Adults.
