Taggart, Nick: - Nick Taggart is a longtime employee of the Columbus Metropolitan Library, where he works in local history and genealogy. He has also lived in the Short North for over 25 years. He has combined pictures of the area from the library's historical image collections with photographs from local residents and organizations to tell the history of this unique neighborhood of Columbus.
