Remote Workplace Culture by Sean O'meara
Build an effective company culture for a partially or entirely remote workforce that drives employee wellbeing, motivation and overall business results.
"Prior to COVID-19, flexible working was, to most people, a largely theoretical construct that applied to a very limited number of employees in specific circumstancesThat all changed very quickly and now most people in jobs that can be done remotely, have experienced some form of flexible working. As we now move into a more defined state of 'hybrid working', this excellent book provides meaningful and actionable insights into the challenges, opportunities and potential pitfalls that lie ahead. I thoroughly recommend it to anyone dealing with this issue in their workplace." * David Roomes, Chief Medical Officer, Rolls-Royce plc. *
