Rhino's Horns by Mike Terry
Rhino hates his horns. He thinks they are boring - especially when compared to the curly, twisted, spiralled horns of the impalas, gnus and other animals in the jungle. So his best friend Baboon comes up with a plan - a plan that makes Rhino realise just how perfect his horns really are. A brilliant new story and animal illustrations from best-selling artist Michael Terry.
This is Michael Terry's third picture book for Bloomsbury, his previous books being THE SELFISH CROCODILE and LITTLE HOTCHPOTCH. RHINO'S HORNS is the first book where he has written the story too. Michael is well-known for his characterful animal illustrations, in particular for the novels of Dick King-Smith where, amongst others, he created the cover for THE HODGEHEG. Michael lives in Hythe, Kent.
