She was the editor of "Heart to Heart: New Poems Inspired by Twentieth-Century American Art," which received the Michael L. Printz Honor Award for Excellence in Young Adult Literature from the American Library Association. She lives in St. Louise, Missouri. Sandra Jordan is an editor and a photographer as well as a writer of award-winning books.
