
Attorney James Henderson is a Malibu, California native who graduated from Pepperdine Law School. He graduated from Newbold College in England with bachelor's degrees in history and theology. Before going into private practice, Henderson worked as an assistant dean and professor of legal philosophy at a private law school in Southern California. He specializes on personal injury litigation, as well as medical malpractice and product liability. Henderson is a writer as well.

Henderson is the president of CRCL, Inc., a non-profit organization. which operates a medical and dental clinic in Haiti's isolated regions, as well as religious and educational mission work in several third-world countries. James and his wife, Nancy, live in Grass Valley, where they enjoy spending time outdoors with their hiking buddies. Tuscany Art Gallery and Sunnymaids Referral Agency, a housecleaning service in Roseville, are owned by Nancy, a Mediterranean artist.
