Jose Hernandez (Spain) is a project manager and technical leader for the SAP implementation at Telefonics Sistemas, a leading telecommunication company in Spain. Previously he was a software engineer at Digital Equipment Corporation, where he specialized in the technical implementation of R/3. Jim Keogh is on the faculty of Columbia University teaching courses in its technology certification program.
