After playing competitive ice hockey goalie for six years I was forced to stop playing, due, in part, to issues with a number of concussions. I became the goalie coach for my local hockey program last winter and created this book to leave with the program. This manual contains all that I've learned over my years of playing and coaching the position of Ice Hockey Goalie.
