She is the president of the British Corpus Vitrearum Medii Aevi and the International Scientific Committee for the Protection of Stained Glass's General Secretary. Sarah is a Senior Lecturer in the History of Art Department at the University of York, specializing in stained glass, its history, and conservation, and has also served as Director and Chief Executive of the York Glaziers Trust, which is responsible for the preservation of the stained glass in York Minster, since 2008.
