Dandy, Angela: - When Angela Dandy is not resident at her home in Stratford-upon-Avon, you'll find her hacking up and down the M5 motorway to visit and care for her elderly mother who lives in Devon, or hacking around the Warwickshire countryside in her classic Sunbeam Tiger. When she is not on the road, she is writing - gentle thrillers, short stories and plays. Everything is a learning experience. Cutting her teeth on 'Lakeside', she has since published 'The Silver Sting', and her latest thriller, 'The Silver Dollar'. A member of a local playwriting group, Angela's first one-act play is due to be staged in summer 2020. I first dream up a plot and then recruit the characters that, through their very knowledge and experience, will delve into the facts, devour them and uncover the truths. I love managing a big, diverse cast of characters: young or old, big or small, black or white, gay or lesbian, fiery or placid, clever or practical. I guess it stems from over thirty years of managing projects when I soon learned that project management is all about people, and that even in the most dire circumstances, there is nothing that cannot be resolved when people work as one team.
