Sisters of Sword and Song by Rebecca Ross
Fantasia Baker wasn't just any normal orphan. She grew up bouncing from place to place with nowhere she could ever truly call home. Her foster families would grow wary of her over her secrets and would throw her out often. When she was placed in yet another home, she expected the same treatment-to remain alone and abandoned. Yet to her surprise, her new foster parents weren't what she expected. Her first day at her new school, she met a boy. Through this boy, she would unexpectedly discover her true family. This was to be the family she had waited to find her entire life. She was now torn between her fear of abandonment and the love she now felt for the family she had always dreamed of finding that not only shared her secret but loved her for it. Under dramatic circumstances, she was dropped into a new world. She realized she must stand and fight for her home that she never had until now. Could she overcome her fears to do that? The fate and lives of her family now rested on her shoulders.
