Joseph graduated from the University of Miami a with Master of Science and a Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Computer Information Systems, and followed that with a Master of Software Engineering degree from Brandeis University. He holds several certifications, including the Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer and the Professional Software Engineering Master Certification from the IEEE Computer Society.
