Solitude and Loneliness by S Sarvananda

Sarvananda was born and educated in Glasgow. In 1987, after being ordained into the Triratna Buddhist Order he moved to Norwich where he spends his time teaching Buddhism and meditation and writing plays for BBC Radio. This is his second book.
