Alan Graham is a lecturer in Mathematics Education at the Open University. He is also a former Visiting Professor in Auckland, New Zealand. His particular interest is statistics and he has written a number of books and OU course units in this field. He has given numerous workshops and lectures to teachers on a variety of themes, including calculators, spreadsheets, practical mathematics and statistics.
