The all-ages action continues in this collection of TMNT Adventures Collects issues #38-40 of the Archie Comics series and Mighty Mutanimals #6.Stephen Murphy is a comic book writer and editor from the United States who is most known for his work on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series. He co-created The Puma Blues, a critically praised independent comic from the 1980s, with Michael Zulli. Beginning alongside issue #5, the two men reworked the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Adventures comic for Archie Comics with fellow Mirage staffer Ryan Brown. The comic rapidly strayed from the cartoon series in their hands, forming unique new story arcs that frequently included social, environmental, and animal rights issues. It also featured new characters of various races and origins, such as humans, mutants, aliens, and other anthropomorphic creatures.
The storylines were frequently regarded as more serious and serious than the comic. During that time, Murphy co-created the characters Jagwar, Nova Posse, Snake-Eyes, and Sarnath, as well as forming the Mighty Mutanimals out of several of the series' recurring characters. The majority of Murphy's work on TMNT Adventures was done under the pen name Dean Clarrain.
