Martian Folan 5th Degree black belt began training in Western boxing at age nine and went on to train in various martial arts including Shotokan Karate, Judo, Ju-Jitsu, Taekwondo, Kickboxing and Thai Boxing. Martin has been involved in the martial arts for over twenty years, and has successfully been running his own training clubs for the last twelve years. He regularly teaches at seminars and courses for all systems of martial arts, and - having previously been a competitor himself - has trained champions in various fighting systems.
